I have always been a fan of infographics. For the past two years I've had my class create their own infographics on psychological topics (dream theories, drugs, sleep disorders, etc). I've used eas.ly, piktochart and some others, all which are relatively easy to use. The kids seem to really like creating them (they have to research their own facts) and they are fun to share with the rest of the class because they communicate ideas in a fun and quick way.
